News and Views

Teacher Laura will be leading the ISC group. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and is an adjunct instructor of the Visiting International Professional Program.

Each day we see and hear a lot of new information and everyone has an opinion about this information.  In this course, we will listen to and read about current events and other topics and then discuss what we have learned. We will focus on expressing opinions, expanding vocabulary, practicing pronunciation, and learning about U.S. culture.
