Teacher: Megan Denehy

My name is Megan, and I am a recent-graduate from Michigan State University. I am pursuing a career as a School Psychologist and I just got a teaching job with children in Madrid, Spain! I taught English as an Au-Pair in Germany and fell in love with teaching English. This is my second summer hosting a class at Friendship House, but this time I am also in the midst of getting TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified. I am a lover of animals, baking, swimming, coloring, and anything outdoors!

Description:

This class will be aimed at improving reading comprehension, pronunciation, and speaking abilities through the interactive mediums of television and stories.

Time: Friday 2:30-4:00 pm

Jun. 30- Jul. 28, 2022.
