Description:

Feeling your best is about more than one thing. It’s how you move, how you eat, how you sleep, how you handle stress, and how you feel inside.

In this friendly class, we’ll explore health as a whole: body and mind. Together we’ll talk about the everyday things that really matter, like getting active, eating well, the link between food and mood, sleeping better, managing stress, and taking care of yourself in a new country. We’ll also cover practical skills, such as how to use the U.S. healthcare system and find helpful resources near you.

No experience needed, and all English levels are welcome. Come to share your stories, learn together, and pick up simple habits to feel better in body and mind.
