(Teacher Tim has a Master’s degree in Education and taught English at Lansing Community College for over 30 years. He has taught English at Friendship House for several years.)

In this course, we will practice vocabulary by focusing on words and phrases commonly used to communicate in specific situations. I will bring some of these situations into our Zoom classroom, but I will also invite you to request situations you’d like us to explore. We will spend our class time discussing how and when certain expressions are used, differences between expressions, and anything else that comes to mind. I will do my best to answer any questions you throw my way!
