Welcome Open House Follow up
Dear Friendship House MSU Community Members,
Just a quick note to thank everyone who came by the Friendship House this past Saturday morning to attend our Open House to welcome new and returning international students back to East Lansing.
We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to hang out in the front yard and to experience our new “Owl” technology for improved virtual learning!
A special thanks goes to the team from Our Savior Lutheran Church who provided snacks, games, reading materials, and to Mary Lou Krause for bringing all of this goodness (with the help of Al, her husband) and for her gift of welcoming everyone who came!
To the teachers, board members, and other volunteers…A very heartfelt thanks for being here to welcome our new and returning students.
And to the international students who came, thank you and welcome…A reminder that our hybrid (by Zoom or in-person) classes begin next Tuesday, September 6th so please sign up and register today to be ready to start the semester in a timely manner!
